To highlight the seriousness of the disease and encourage those at high risk to access METRO’s free HIV testing, we conceptualized PSA videos for the client using bold text, language, and imagery from the peak of the epidemic, a reminder that going back is not an option. We smartly maximized METRO’s budget with a spot optimized for TV, digital and social media.
